Refund policy

Pacific Peptide Labs offers refunds or replacements on products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. As our products are research compounds, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns.
