Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. We ship Australia-wide via tracked courier services. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days for metro areas and 3–7 business days for regional areas. A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch. Peptides are lyophilised and packaged for stability during transit. Cold-chain packaging is used where required. Pacific Peptide Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
